Mr. International’s Returns & Refunds Policy

Since all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please check the product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.
We are a small business, and this policy helps us to avoid waste and keep our prices as low as possible for you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We are committed to quality products and will always take care of you if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, please contact us at [s u p p o r t @mr.international (no spaces)] within 30 days of delivery.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the product, your order number, and a detailed description of the problem.
- Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible. In some cases, we may offer a full refund instead. There is no need to return the damaged item.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check with your neighbors.
- Contact your local post office.
- Ensure the shipping address you provided was correct.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. However, if your order is lost in transit and the tracking has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us at:

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the package is left unclaimed at the post office, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. We will contact you to confirm an updated address and collect the reshipment fee. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
