Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, including but not limited to, ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You must provide photos of the product and the issue. We will offer a replacement or a refund, and we will not require you to return the original item.
